1) Make jelly as prescribed on packets, pour strawberries and mix well 2) Beat cream till peaks are almost formed 3) Pour half of strawberry jelly mixture, icing sugar and essence in whipped cream and beat till whipped well (do not over whip it) 4) Can use digestive biscuits powder or sponge cake slices as base for the mousse or can use the extra jelly, let it set 5) Decide the base you want, lay on the dessert moulds or bowls 6) Pour mousse on each bowl and level it can freeze for half and hour to set it properly 7) Pour a tablespoon of jelly and garnish with strawberry, can also use whipped cream rosettes 8} Let it chill and set in fridge then serve
